會務報導：91年中華民國雜草學會年會通知

第十一屆第二次理、監事聯席會議
一. 本學會第十一屆第二次理、監事聯席會議於：九十年四月十三日(星期五) 下午三時假農業藥物毒物試驗所 教育訓練中心舉行。會中除贈送獎牌予第十屆主要會務人員並頒發本屆理監事證書。
二. 聯席會議通過第十一屆會務編組與人事案如下，
秘書長：郭華仁 教授
副秘書長：徐玲明 小姐
總務：李雅琴小姐、陳富永先生
學術：張新軒教授、郭長生教授、蔣永正博士、黃秀鳳博士
會計：鄭誠漢先生
出納：洪秋香小姐
三. 為了『提倡雜草認識、利用、管理等有關之研究，搜集國內外雜草科學，圖書供學術及農業界參考，促進國際雜草科學,技術之交流與合作。』而設立雜草學會網站，網址暫定為為wssroc.agron.ntu.edu.tw 。網頁內容包含學會簡介、歷屆理監事、出版刊物、服務專欄、最新消息、雜草及除草劑介紹等，並委由郭秘書長負責網站架設、更新及管理。
四. 學會目前有50份日本雜草學會雜草學術期刊(Weed Biology and Management)(內容如下)，除由理監事各自認購外，上有二十餘本，請會員踴躍訂購，每人每年新台幣350元。
五. 為推展學會對外相關業務之進行，理監事會決議增設顧問小組，並擬由理事長及秘書長邀請以往對學會有諸多貢獻的人，如呂理燊博士、葉鴻展副總經理等人，對學會的發展及會務都有豐富的經驗而且熱忱或有貢獻的人組成顧問團，有利於推展學會會務。
六. 袁秋英理事因進修課業繁忙，故請辭理事一職，依章程規定，由候補理事葉茂生教授遞補。
七. 第18屆亞太雜草學會(2001年)在北京舉行，學會為鼓勵會員多參與，在此次會議中有提出論文者，學會酌予經費補助，.學會資助與會會友之論文，會友需將全文登於本學會會刊。
